PAL’s upcoming initiatives focus on creating safe, empowering, and educational spaces for children, youth, and families:
● Construction of the Okponglo Community Football Field to provide a secure, inclusive sports environment.
● Launch of the Container Library and IT Hub to expand access to books, digital resources, and creative learning.
● Acquire a bus for the Learning on the Go
● Recruitment and training of new volunteers and mentors to strengthen program delivery.
● Expansion of ongoing programs including tutoring, PAL Tech, and mentorship for girls and boys, as well as MASMEP for single mothers.

The Akoma Ntoaso program is a cultural immersion initiative that connects international visitors with local communities in Ghana. Participants engage in hands-on experiences, learning about local traditions, daily life, and community development projects while contributing to the community through a participation fee. It’s a meaningful way to build cross-cultural understanding, foster collaboration, and support PAL’s mission of empowering underserved children and families.

PAL’s Community Development Program supports families and communities beyond education and sports. It includes initiatives like:
● MASMEP: empowering single mothers with business skills and financial support
● Mental Health Walk & Webinar: promoting emotional well-being and resilience
● Urban Skills & Career Guidance Workshops: teaching job readiness, CV writing, and professional skills These programs aim to create holistic, sustainable impact across underserved communities.

Children and youth from underserved communities in Accra and surrounding areas, as well as their families, can participate in our educational, sports, mentorship, and community programs.

We prioritize children from marginalized backgrounds who have limited access to quality education, safe spaces, and mentorship. Enrollment is done in collaboration with parents and community leaders.
